i don't know how you've put up with that kind of treatment this long - it sounds like she has more than a few screws loose.

you are talented and creative and i'm sure you will find success in the next venture. :)

by the way, if i had the green light to quit my job and go my own way - i sure as hell would! but i think you already knew that.

I have always been a firm believer that money can't buy happiness but can greatly reduce stress. Well, I am not sure if that is your case. I may not be the best one to comment about work but I know that life is short. Elanor Roosevelt (I think it was her) said "do something that scares you everyday". I have tried to do that as much as possible (without scaring the 3 kids I have at home). "If you never do anything then you have never done anything" is more what I try to live by given my current situation. I know that you have always been successful at whatever you do and things happen for a reason. Good luck!
