this is my childhood friend k and her husband, d.  i'm so excited for them because they are expecting their first child together any day now! this lucky little girl is going to have some awesome parents.  i was really pumped and honored that they asked me to photograph them together as their life is about to change. they were up for just about anything, and that made for a fun morning!  thank you guys!

ahh, bliss

if you've been to jenny's blog, you already know that we shot a wedding together this past weekend. and what an absolutely gorgeous wedding it was. the bride and groom were awesome. the setting was lovely. and the day was pretty nice too. :) i know they're *probably* anxious to see some more photos, so i'll share a few of my favorite images so far....

a new baby!

before you jump to conclusions... this one i didn't grow in my uterus. but i think i could love it just as much!  we made a stop at national camera exchange last night.  what am i doing posting when i could be playing? oh, yeah. waiting for the battery to charge.

a shoot followed by destruction

this morning i had my very last shoot in my itty bitty studio.  little T is 3. it was fun.

and then, even before i could get all of my equipment out of the room, hubs was in there weilding his hammer. we went from this:

it's a shame we had that room pretty much finished... but we had to change plans. besides, having the studio more than twice the size will be AWESOME.  now it's off to the House of Orange for more supplies.
